Child Welfare Services

The Family Center’s child welfare program, Family Net/ Family Connections is an evidence-based intervention designed to prevent child maltreatment. We work with families, in their homes and communities, to address child and family safety and risk concerns. We work with families to ensure that they have the support and resources to meet the needs of their children.

Family Net/ Family Connections emphasizes engaging families to create an alliance that respects cultural differences. Keeping families stronger, longer, Family Net/ Family Connections’ goal is to minimize the issues that place children at-risk for out-of-home placement.
