Early Support for Lifelong Success

The Early Support for Lifelong Success program partners with Brooklyn families to promote well-being safety and school readiness for children 0-5. Our Child Development Specialists forge collaborative relationships with parents and caregivers to stabilize families, build parenting skills and enjoy free age-appropriate family activities. ESLS Brooklyn services include:


  • Individualized Parenting Skills training and coaching using evidence-based parent education programs

  • Case management and advocacy to ensure families have all the services and benefits that they need

  • Parenting groups and support, specialized for grandparent caregivers

  • Recreational activities for families

Eligibility: Any Brooklyn family with children 0-5 is eligible to receive services. Services are primarily delivered in the office but home visits and accompaniment to community appointments are also available. Please call our intake line for details at 718-230-1379
