Family Center Board of Directors took to the runway for the fourth year in a row at the JFK Runway Run this past Sunday. Despite the bitter morning chill, Team TFC consisted of 25 people, including 10 Credit Suisse employee volunteers. The six participating Directors collectively raised over $22K on behalf of The Family Center- the most raised in all four years of our participation in the Run. Board Chair Shamoun Afram garnered the most funds, while Vice Chair Mark Boyer acquired the most unique donors.
Runners, Board members, and donors followed the Run with a celebratory brunch hosted by Board Chair Shamoun Afram and Vice Chair Mark Boyer. While attendees enjoyed a savory spread, Board member Joel Field presented Shamoun and, Executive Director, Ivy Gamble Cobb with a grant award from the Million Dollar Round Table Foundation.
