Toy Drive & Holiday Party

The Family Center’s annual toy drive and holiday party returned back in person for the first time since 2019. Due continued Covid protocols, the event was converted to a more intimate, health-conscious event but still kept the same lively and welcoming atmosphere as it had in past years. Art in the Park

The Family Center recently hosted an art workshop in Brooklyn’s Ft. Greene Park for children and their parents, or caregivers. The workshop, led by Angeli Rasbury, provides youth the opportunity to build confidence through creative expression. Caregiver Picnic

On August 25th, The Family Center hosted a Back-to-School Picnic Celebration in Brooklyn’s Von King Park. The day was filled with activities and games, and culminated in the ultimate tug of war competition. Meanwhile, children’s caregivers enjoyed an afternoon of relaxing and socializing.
