Family Center and Bailey-Holt House staff collaborate to bring HIV-positive New Yorkers quality legal services.
Legal Clinics are an invaluable way of reaching a large number of clients quickly and effectively. By meeting clients off-site at other community-based organizations, hospitals, and medical centers, just for an afternoon, we can see many clients, answer a multitude of questions and resolve a variety of legal issues for the New Yorkers in attendance. Clients don’t have to travel to our offices, or court, and they get to meet face-to-face with The Family Center’s amazing attorneys and staff. Thank you to the wonderfully receptive residents at Bailey-Holt House for participating in our legal clinic on Tuesday, October 28th. It was great meeting the community there. Thank you also to Jeanetta Bushey for helping us arrange this clinic.
