On Monday, March 2nd, Family Center attorneys had the pleasure of being invited by New York City Council Speaker Melissa Mark-Viverito’s office to share their legal knowledge and expertise with New Yorkers at Mott Haven Community Center in the Bronx.  Our attorneys’ presentations specifically focused on issues of guardianship, child custody, child support and NYCHA succession rights.  Following the presentations, Family Center attorneys met one-on-one with participants.

The Family Center remains grateful to City Council Speaker Melissa Mark-Viverito for this successful event, and for her continued leadership on the issue of expanding access to legal services for all New Yorkers.  We are proud that our attorneys can be a part of this work!
