George and Luis are friends who challenge each other to do better and be better. The Family Center is thrilled to benefit from their friendly competition this coming Sunday, April 24th, 2022 when they run the Brooklyn Marathon for the children and youth receiving our services.
As essential workers, George and Luis know what the collective trauma of the past few years has done to our children. George is a NYC RN and Luis serves in the Army National Guard as a Medic. They have heroically served NYC and NYS communities -and are still giving back!
